CASS Operations Lead - Reconciliations & Automation

Plum Fintech is seeking a CASS Operations & Reconciliations Lead to build and scale our client money reconciliations across the UK and EU. You'll own reconciliation frameworks for client money, custody assets and investment products, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance.

You'll lead a growing team, partner with Product, Engineering and Risk to automate processes and improve data quality while expanding our product suite.
