Job Description:Job Title CASS Office - Client Assets OversightLocation LondonCorporate Title Vice PresidentThe CASS Office provides a central oversight and advisory function for interpretating and implementing the FCA's CASS rules within DBAG London Branch. The CASS Office is part of Regulatory Cross Product Operations, within IB, CB Operations & Controls, and oversees systems and controls in place to comply with the CASS rules. The group reports to the DBAG London Branch Board on the effectiveness of controls, and for maintaining the associated governance structure.As part of this role, you will assist with the implementation and management of a CASS oversight framework, and enhance and embed a strong risk-management structure.Responsibilities will include: interpreting and providing guidance on the application of CASS regulations to products and services DB offers its clients, monitoring compliance with CASS requirements across business and operational areas, and assisting the Client Assets Oversight Officer with all aspects of CASS risk management and governance.What we'll offer youA healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace.
