The Carpentry Lecturer will be responsible for:

1. Liaising with department members and the Curriculum Manager to facilitate effective curriculum delivery.
2. Planning, designing, and delivering learning programmes/sessions aligned with course aims, objectives, assessment methods, and accreditation.
3. Monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of learning programmes, sessions, and personal practice.

Requirements for the Carpentry Lecturer include:

• A teaching qualification such as PTLLS, DTLLS, or Cert Ed.
• An assessing qualification or willingness to undertake relevant training.
• Experience in a lecturer or technician role is preferred.
• Ability to liaise effectively with staff and external contacts at all levels.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and patterns.
