Job Description

JOB: Carpenter X2

LOCATION:Tottenham, London

PAY RATE: £230 per day 8am to 3pm

DURATION:6 weeks

We are currently looking for x2 experienced and reliable Carpenters.

Job Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for undertaking remedial works to existing fire doors, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with current fire safety regulations.

Duties Include

Carrying out remedial and maintenance works to fire doors
Adjusting and replacing ironmongery, seals, and door furniture
Ensuring fire doors are compliant with current regulations
Completing associated snagging and finishing works
Maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Previous experience carrying out remedial works on fire doors
Good knowledge of fire door compliance and regulations
Own tools and full PPE
Checkable work references
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
