Caribbean Kitchen Sous Chef - Lead, Grow & Inspire

Turtle Bay in Sheffield is seeking a warm, passionate Sous Chef to join our Caribbean kitchen and beach bar. You'll be second in command, working closely with the Head Chef to lead the team, maintain high standards and deliver dishes full of flavour and love.

You'll manage all kitchen operations with hands-on leadership, including prep, cook, training, stock and health & safety, while fostering teamwork in a fast-paced, energetic setting that celebrates soul food and guest experience.
