Caribbean Kitchen: Junior Sous Chef & Rising Leader

Turtle Bay in Salford Quays is seeking a warm, passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our Caribbean kitchen and beach bar team. You'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, learning to manage service and motivate the team to deliver dishes that are full of flavour and soul.

This role offers hands-on kitchen experience, opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef, and a supportive, energetic environment that celebrates One Love and inclusion.
