Role: Caretaker x 2

Hours: 36.25 per week Permanent Full Time

Salary: £25,260-£25,896 per annum

Employer Pension Contribution: 20.8% (£5,254.08-£5,386.37)

Location: Cheadle and Marple- Travel may be required to other campus

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Caretaker to work at Trafford and Stockport College Group. These full-time roles are based at either Cheadle or Marple Campus but do involve working across five campuses, ensuring the smooth and safe running of our estate, with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

The role is to ensure the smooth and safe day to day running of our estate, with a strong focus on customer service and proactive support. The ideal candidate will be self motivated with the ability to manage their own time effectively to handle a variety of tasks, supporting all aspects of campus operations, including portering of material and equipment and undertaking small repair and improvement tasks.

About you

We are looking for candidates who have experience in effective customer service but also possess the ambition and proactive attitude to drive improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in informing improvement to the wider estates team and problem solving strategies.
