Caretaker

Casual Community Centre Caretaker required in Carrickfergus

Reed Recruitment is recruiting for a Casual Community Centre Caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis, working as and when required.

Duties include:

• Opening, closing and securing community centre facilities.
• Carrying out cleaning duties and ensuring the building is safe, clean and well maintained.
• Setting up rooms, furniture and equipment for events and bookings.
• Acting as a key holder and responding to call-outs when required.
• Assisting visitors and handling general enquiries.
• Reporting maintenance issues, defects and health & safety concerns.
• Supporting the delivery of community activities and events.

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities or security duties.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and respond to callouts.
• Access to suitable transport.
