Temporary to Permeant position at £14.00- £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
About the Role
My client is based in Isleworth in an educational setting and seeking a Site Assistant to join their team. They are a multi-faith school with a strong community ethos, committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for pupils and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key holder, opening and locking the school as directed by the Senior Site Manager.
- Receive deliveries, distribute goods, and maintain accurate records.
- Set up and clear away furniture for school events and provide general porterage support.
- Maintain tidiness and safety of outdoor areas, including litter removal and gritting paths during icy conditions.
- Carry out minor maintenance and repair work on buildings and report issues requiring contractors.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and report concerns promptly.
- Supervise school gates to prevent unauthorised access when required.
- Escort contractors on-site, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with cleaning and site clearance during adverse weather conditions.
- Respond promptly to site requests logged via the site team inbox and in house system.
- Support school events such as Celebration Evenings and Parents' Evenings.
