Caretaker - TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust

The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join the Estates team across four schools.

Locations

• Ad Astra Infant School
• Haymoor Junior School
• Canford Heath Infant School
• Canford Heath Junior School

Responsibilities

• Work with the Estates team to keep the school safe for children and staff.
• Maintain high standards of safety and appearance of the school and its grounds on a daily basis.
• Undertake general maintenance and repair work to a high standard.
• Lock and unlock the school and secure the grounds.

Qualifications

• Well organised, reliable and hardworking.
• Team work skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience or skills in general maintenance or craftmanship.
• Can do attitude and resilience.
• Preparedness to go above and beyond.

Benefits & Salary

Salary Grade F (Point 12 - 17): £28,598 - £31,022 pro rated (actual £15,458.38 - £16,768.65). 20 hours per week for 52 weeks. Shift pattern - week one 7:00 am to 11:00 am, week two 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Permanent - required ASAP.

Experience of working within a school in a role such as this is desirable, but not essential.
