Obligations- Giving customers customised attention and assistance in their homes or communal settings
- Helping with everyday activities like meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene
- Creating and carrying out individualised treatment plans in conjunction with medical specialists
- Encouraging customers to stay independent and engage in community activities
- When necessary, safely transporting clients to social events, appointments, or errands
- Keeping thorough records of the care given and any modifications to the client's condition
- Effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams to guarantee reliable and superior care
- The capacity to drive safely in the community and possess a valid driver's license
- While not necessary, prior experience working in a care facility or offering home care services is preferred; training will be given.
- Understanding care plans and being able to adhere to recommended procedures
- English language proficiency and efficient communication abilities to interact with clients and team members
- Basic IT knowledge for record keeping and documentation
- Good interpersonal skills and a kind disposition
- Capacity to work autonomously and exhibit dependability in providing high quality care
