Job Description
Summary

Assisting clients with everyday tasks, encouraging their independence, and seeing to their well being in their own homes or community settings are all part of this job. Obligations
  • Giving customers customised attention and assistance in their homes or communal settings
  • Helping with everyday activities like meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene
  • Creating and carrying out individualised treatment plans in conjunction with medical specialists
  • Encouraging customers to stay independent and engage in community activities
  • When necessary, safely transporting clients to social events, appointments, or errands
  • Keeping thorough records of the care given and any modifications to the client's condition
  • Effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams to guarantee reliable and superior care
Conditions
  • The capacity to drive safely in the community and possess a valid driver's license
  • While not necessary, prior experience working in a care facility or offering home care services is preferred; training will be given.
  • Understanding care plans and being able to adhere to recommended procedures
  • English language proficiency and efficient communication abilities to interact with clients and team members
  • Basic IT knowledge for record keeping and documentation
  • Good interpersonal skills and a kind disposition
  • Capacity to work autonomously and exhibit dependability in providing high quality care
