Careers Services Lead (Maternity Cover) - Part-Time

Richmond upon Thames College invites applications for a Careers Service Team Leader - Maternity Cover in the Student Services department. The role leads Careers Advisors, provides career guidance, and drives Gatsby Benchmarks across the college.

The post is part-time (28.8 hours/week, 4 days) with a start date in October 2026. You will hold a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development (or equivalent) and pursue a Careers Leadership qualification if needed.
