Career Progression Advisor - Training & Guidance

The Growth Company is recruiting an Employment Advisor in Salford to deliver guidance and training services for unemployed people. This role supports progression into employment, training and education within the Restart Scheme.

You will work in a collaborative team, conducting assessments, job-search sessions and tailored customer interventions. You will liaise with partners, plan interventions, ensure safeguarding, and contribute to bid writing and development of new services.
