We are looking to recruit a number of Planning professionals at various levels to join our expanding teams across the UK. Our planning teams are based in Bristol, Taunton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Reading, Kings Hill, London, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. 1. You will ideally be a chartered MRTPI town planner, or working towards it.
2. You will have proven planning experience in a consultancy, private, or public sector environment.
3. Experience in residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial, and energy projects is particularly advantageous.
4. You will have experience in preparing, submitting, and negotiating planning applications of various sizes and types.
5. For senior roles, experience in lodging appeals and appearing at informal hearings is advantageous.
6. You will have proven experience in coordinating internal and external project teams, ensuring quality assurance.
7. You will have the ability to build and maintain client relationships, providing quality advice and service.
8. Local knowledge of, and a track record of working in, the region you are interested in is preferred; relocators will be considered.
9. Ideally, hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car.
