Career Coaching Lead - Scale High-Impact Programs

Blue Education is seeking a Career Coaching Lead to build and scale its UK career coaching offering from London. You will oversee 1:1 coaching, manage a network of part-time coaches and transform early successes into a scalable business line.

You will work closely with the founder to shape the student journey, coaching standards and delivery model, and you will represent Blue Education at university campuses and events.
