The Role

As a full-time Care Worker with Flexy Support, you willprovide consistent, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live safely,comfortably, and with dignity. This role offers regular hours, stability, andthe opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Requirements

• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCES REQUIRED
• MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIRED
• NO SPONSORSHIP - will accept 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with personal care and dailyroutines
• Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Completing accurate care notes and reporting concerns
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and on-site teams
