Community Care Assistant - Drivers Required

Locations: Weybridge, Cobham, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, East & West Molesey, Shepperton, Sunbury, Addlestone & Byfleet

Hours: Part-time & full-time available (flexible contracts)

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We're looking for caring, reliable people to support mostly elderly clients (65+) in their homes. You'll help with personal care, medication prompts, meals, companionship and general wellbeing. Visit lengths are typically 30-45 minutes and rotas are centralised to reduce travel.

Pay & Benefits

• Probation: £13.25 (W/D) £14.80 (W/E)
• Post-Probation: £14.00 (W/D) £15.50 (W/E)
• Travel Time: £0.20 per minute
• Mileage: 45p per mile
• 4-weekly pay cycle

Support to complete QCF Health & Social Care qualifications

Shift Patterns

Morning and evening shifts available, including alternate weekends. Average of 30 hours per week, with options for part-time morning-only or evening-only patterns.

Requirements

• Drivers only (car essential)
• Good spoken and written English
• Female applicants preferred due to current client needs
• No formal qualifications required - full training provided
• DBS funded by employer (terms apply)
