Care Worker - Learning Disabilities (Hexham Day Centre)

Northumberland County Council is seeking a dedicated Care Worker for The Tynedale Centre, Hexham. This 24-hour fixed-term position supports adults with learning disabilities in daily activities and community involvement.

You will provide personal, physical and emotional care, help with meals, and assist with engaging activities while working within a supportive team. Training for medication administration is provided.
