Care Team Leader: People-Centered Support Lead

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare, Saltdean, is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join Saltdean House. You will lead a supportive team delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our living services and develop colleagues through supervision and coaching.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) at £13.75 per hour, with Enhanced DBS checks and a benefits package including induction, training, 28 days leave, pension, life cover and more.
