Care Team Leader Nights

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• At least two years' experience working in a social care environment
• Qualified to at least QCF level 2
• This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• Position working night shifts

• Companionship - Provide support, communication and engagement with residents.
• Personal care - Support with a wash, bath or shower, dressing and oral care.
• Mobility - Ensure residents can live as independently as possible.
• Social activities - Plan and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
• Medication - Support and oversee medication administration, including documentation.
• Document management - Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaboration - Offer support and access to other health and social care professionals, and work collaboratively.
• Management - Hold line manager responsibilities to care and senior care assistants, and when absent of Deputy and Registered Manager, hold responsibility for the home.
