Care Team Leader: Lead Two Homes & Inspire Development

Lifeways is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee two supported living services in Leyland, Lancashire. You'll lead dedicated teams, promote independence, and ensure personalised care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs.

As part of our leadership group, you'll conduct supervisions, support staff development, and maintain accurate records. Shifts 8am-10pm, Mon-Sun, across both services, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility to meet residents' needs.
