Care Team Leader: Lead People & Person-Centred Care

Lifeways in Colchester is seeking a Care Team Leader to join our established service and work with the Service Manager to lead a passionate team delivering person-centred care. The role welcomes experienced Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers looking to progress, with genuine development opportunities and funding for qualifications.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, ensure high-quality care, support daily routines and personal goals, and conduct staff appraisals.
