Care Team Leader: Lead Dementia Care & Team Progression

Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who will plan and provide high-quality care that keeps residents safe, respected and independent.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensure adherence to the highest care standards, keep accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, handle medication, and contribute to audits and safety across the home.
