Care Team Leader: Lead Compassionate Home Care

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Rodley House to lead a caring team and ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and engaging support. You will model compassionate leadership, supervise daily living activities, and promote wellbeing in a home-like environment.

With at least 2 years in social care and a QCF Level 2 or higher, you'll coordinate activities, support families, and work with healthcare professionals. A 36-hour week of day shifts and alternate weekends completes the profile.
