Job Description

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a proactive Care Team Leader to supervise a team of Care Assistants and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our Home. You will plan care, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the Home Manager to safeguard residents' safety, dignity and independence.

Experience in dementia care and team leadership is essential, with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care advantageous.
