Care Team Leader: Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Care UK in Wilmslow is looking for a compassionate Care Team Leader to supervise shifts and coordinate care for residents. You will liaise with families and healthcare professionals to create and deliver personalised care plans and ensure accurate medication administration.

You will work alongside care assistants to keep residents active and independent, while contributing to service development, under the leadership team. NVQ3 desirable; strong organisational skills required.
