Care Team Leader: Lead a Supported Living Support Team

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing the Supported Living service in Gonerby. This full-time role offers a 37.5-hour week and a pay rate of £13.86 per hour.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assist with recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate records using digital systems. We value development and provide training opportunities.
