Care Team Leader: Field Supervision & Mentoring Company Car

Caremark in Eastleigh is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support our growing home care team. You will split your time between delivering person-centered care in clients' homes and conducting field supervision, care reviews, and staff mentoring in the community.

You would work under the guidance of the Field Care Supervisor, and they would assign compliance checks/tasks to you alongside your usual care work.
