Care Team Leader: Dignity-First Leadership

Chetwynd House Care Home is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise a team and deliver person-centred care. You will coordinate daily care delivery, oversee care planning, and ensure medication administration and documentation meet regulatory standards.

Working with the nursing and management team, you will promote a culture of dignity, respect and accountability, and contribute to audits and continuous improvement. Weekend work on alternating weekends is required.
