Care Team Leader: Dementia Care & Team Leadership

Runwood Homes is hiring a Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants and coordinate high-quality, person-centred care for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will lead on care planning, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure medication safety and audits are carried out. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
