Runwood Homes seeks a dynamic Care Team Leader to plan and provide high-quality care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected and independent. You will lead Care Assistants, keep accurate records, and communicate with colleagues to maintain top care standards.

The role supports the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, handling medication and conducting audits. NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
