Care Team Leader: Dementia & Quality Care

Radis Community Care is looking for a Team Leader to join their team at Dorothy Terry House in Redditch. This role involves leading care shifts, liaising with health professionals, and ensuring the team's service is outstanding.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in the Health & Social Care sector and be passionate about providing excellent care. Shift patterns include 7am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with the need to work alternate weekends.
