Care Team Leader (Days) - Elderly Residential Home

Avon Search is recruiting a Care Team Leader (Days) for a beautiful country house care home in Dawlish, South Devon. The home supports up to 36 elderly residents and operates seven acres of landscaped gardens in a warm, family-run setting.

You will lead the day team, ensure outstanding care standards, and mentor colleagues while liaising with GPs, Nurses and other professionals. NVQ Level 3 is essential, with progression toward Level 4 Leadership.
