Care Team Leader & Facilitator (Edinburgh & West Lothian)

ENABLE Scotland in Edinburgh & West Lothian is seeking a Team Facilitator to join our frontline management team. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants to deliver safe, person-centred support and work with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality services.

You will conduct supervision, manage rosters, support staff development and participate in assessments, reviews and risk planning while promoting inclusion and safeguarding.
