Salary: £15.34 per hour

Hours: 33 hours per week - nights

Location: Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home, Chester - Caldecott Close, CH2 1FD

Your role

• Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
• Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
• Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
• Make leisure and social activities part of every day
• Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

Qualifications and personal attributes

• NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
• Experience in care
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
• Team player who values collaboration
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
