Care Team Leader

Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme

Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour (minimum)

Shifts: Days 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm

Hours: 39

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Belong you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. You will also be responsible for medication management on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers plans are up to date. Through demonstrable experience you will have awareness that sometimes you may face challenges and as a result you will excel at planning both your time and team whilst remaining supportive to peoples' individual needs.

Qualifications & Experience

NVQ level 3 in Care (or working toward) is required. Experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
