Care Team Leader - ROI: Empower Independence

Praxis Care Castlebar is seeking a Team Leader for a new service. Lead a team of Support Workers, design individual support plans, and coordinate care to meet physical, emotional, and social needs of the people we support.

Responsibilities include safeguarding, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and liaising with families and multidisciplinary teams. QQI Level 5 Health Care and 2 years' experience are essential; driving licence required.
