Care Team Leader -Hatfield House, Doncaster
42 Hours per Week Permanent Nights

Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (8:00pm -8:00am)
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday (8:00pm -8:00am)

The Role

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll take the lead on shift, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the care team during your shift.
  • Allocating staff and coordinating daily care delivery.
  • Administering and managing medication safely.
  • Completing care assessments and updating care plans.
  • Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing for every resident.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
  • Creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a senior care or team leader role.
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care.
  • Has strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Can confidently lead shifts and support colleagues.
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards of care and safety.
  • Holds the legal right to work in the UK.
