Runwood Homes in Shoeburyness seeks a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. You will supervise daily care, ensure safety, and support medication management with accuracy and compassion.

We value strong relationships and organisational skills. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential, with opportunities for progression, training and development across our UK homes.
