Job Description

Athena Care Homes is seeking a Team Leader at Aria Court Care Home in March, Cambridgeshire. You will lead and support our care team to deliver high quality care and celebrate every individual.

As Team Leader, you'll be central to our care, providing leadership on duty and guiding the team to exceptional outcomes. We offer funded apprenticeships and progression to CHAPS or nursing, plus a fully funded NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
