Care Team Leader - Inspire Excellence in Resident Care

Athena Care Homes in Peterborough is seeking a Team Leader for Ashlynn Grange Care Home to lead and support our care team in delivering high quality care and making moments for residents. The role is 45 hours per week on a 12-hour shift rota from Monday to Sunday, based at Bretton Gate, Peterborough.

We support continued development with funded apprenticeships toward an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and progression toward CHAPS or nursing positions.
