Care Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Rotas

Choice Care is seeking a Team Leader to guide a shift-based team of social care workers in our residential homes. You will lead by example, ensure high quality care and report to senior staff on any matters of concern.

You must have experience in the care sector and a willingness to learn. You will support residents with daily activities, meals and personal care, and coordinate with managers to maintain a safe, happy environment.
