Care Team Leader - Dementia Care & Team Development

Runwood Homes is seeking a Care Team Leader to plan and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will lead Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to support safety, independence, and wellbeing.

The role requires expertise in dementia care, strong relationships, and excellent organisational and communication skills. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
