Care Team Leader - Dementia & Person-Centred Care

Runwood Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to guide a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll help residents feel safe, respected and independent, while maintaining compassionate professional standards.

You'll support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, manage medications and audits, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through strong teamwork and clear communication.
