Care Team Leader - Days (Part Time)

Responsibilities

Oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, perform care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Work closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain excellent care for residents.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience. Right to work in the UK.
