Hazel End Care Home - Bishop's Stortford

42 Hours per Week

Days: 8am -8pm

2-Week Rolling Rota:

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, coordinating staff, administering and overseeing medication procedures, carrying out care assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Through your leadership, you will help create a supportive, positive environment where residents can thrive and colleagues feel valued and empowered.
