Job Description

Porthaven Care Homes are seeking an experienced Senior Carer/Care Team Leader or Nurses' Assistant for Upton Mill Care Home in Tetbury. This full-time DAYS role offers 36 hours across 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm) with alternating weekends.

You will lead a team to deliver person-centered care, administer medications, update care plans, and liaise with families and health professionals. DBS checked and UK work eligibility required.
