Care Team Lead: Empower Residents & Develop Staff

St Mary's Care Homes in Hull is seeking a proactive Team Leader to supervise care staff and support Residents with daily living, dignity and comfort.

You will train and oversee junior staff, coordinate care plans, respond to nurse calls, liaise with GPs, and help deliver social activities within the Home. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, and NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
