Care Team Lead: Dementia Care & Team Development

Belong Crewe is seeking a Team Lead to join our dementia-friendly village. You will blend hands-on care with leadership, guiding a household team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The role is permanent, 32.5 hours per week with shifts 8:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm and alternate weekends. Salary £15.45 per hour. DBS checks and pre-employment checks apply; sponsorship for UK work is not offered.
