Care Team Lead - Dignified Elder Care

Westgate Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support residents' daily lives and lead the care team to ensure high standards of person-centred care. You'll supervise shifts, mentor staff and champion compassion within the home.

You will liaise with GPs and other professionals, develop care plans and ensure accurate records. Roles run 8:00-20:00, 3-4 shifts per week with alternate weekends, delivering dignity and wellbeing for residents.
